midnight sharp for wikipedia, reddit is planning on 12 hour blackout 8-8 or something like that. Craigslist has had a notice on the front page for most of this week asking people to write or call your congress critter on SOPA. Moreover, while SOPA has been suspended in committee, PIPA is still piping along in the Senate and some I know have thought that SOPA is a smokescreen for PIPA.
