Hey Ben,

I've run into this issue several times over the past year -- seems the
problem is BIOS manufacturers rushing the mainboards to market, claiming
they can boot from USB ... but it really can't.  The fix so far has been
to update the BIOS software to the newest version.  Hope that helps!
