Hi Anthony;

This seems to have done the trick, and gotten me to my next barrier.
A brief explanation: On my primary PC, which is now in the shop, I had
installed cx-freeze from the repository. It got installed with the Python
2.7 installation. Since my application was originally 3.3 I had wanted to
install cx-freeze for that version of Python as well. Making a long story
short, due to error messages during the install I gave up (for now) using
cx-freeze with Python 3.3.

Something in the failed install must have caused a problem in the 2.7
Python / cx-freeze installation so as to cause the output 'executable' to
be badly formatted in some way so that while Nautilus recognized it as a
"Program", command line Linux did not, causing the "Command not Found"
error.

The machine that I am using now has a "pure" Python 2.7 / cx-freeze
installation and the output executable from both the script and the
setup.py now produce executable output.

Unfortunately it would seem the some libraries did not get included (I'm
getting a run time error "Import Error: Cannot import name ImageTK".

SO off to the races on this one.

Thanks for the help;
Max
