The base determines the type of application. On windows win32gui should
be used for a GUI application where no console (command prompt) window
is desired, the console base will mean your application has a console
window. I believe the win32gui base has no affect on other platforms as
these do not have such a difference between GUI and CLI applications.
I do not know what the ConsoleKeepPath base is, although the name would
indicate it impacts on the path for a CLI application.
