That's something of a mystery to me - the file is getting copied correctly.
If you have time, you might want to try installing the development version
of cx_Freeze (that requires visual studio on Windows). Otherwise, hopefully
there will be a new release, with a simple installer, in the next couple of
weeks. I hope that will solve the problem.
