If you are using the MSI package on Windows it should replace automatically
or you can use the standard method for uninstalling the old version. If the
RPM package on Linux then you can use the standard tools there for
replacing the package. If you build yourself then python setup.py install
should overwrite any files of importance. If you want to uninstall, there
is no packaged way of doing so. But you can always simply delete from
<site-packages>/cx_Freeze*. The reason for the * is that depending on if
setuptools was involved there are a number of additional directories/files
created. :-)
