All,
I discovered a problem with the Python 3.5 Win32GUI base. The changes made
earlier to support "wide characters" on Windows didn't work in certain
configurations. I believe they should work correctly now in all cases. At
the same time I have considerably simplified the cx_Freeze startup code
which allowed me to correct one other longstanding issue with paths
containing untranslatable characters on Windows. I plan to do a bit more
testing to verify all is well and would appreciate any feedback.
