Thanks for letting me know. I don't have access to Windows 10 -- and the "user-friendly" information provided by Windows isn't helping much in this case! Can you find out the technical details regarding this issue? What exactly is Windows 10 complaining about?
As for the file contains a virus issue, this is probably a false positive. Can you use the pip install route instead? Binary wheels have been provided so no compilation is needed.
