Well that would be because I forgot to set the permissions. I just fixed things to have the same permissions as the CXF space. Hopefully that works.

Dan,
I couldn't get the CXF20doc index page to show up. I was redirected to a
page listing all of the other space's index pages...
I can definitely volunteer to do some of #5. I need to read up more on
#1 before I can volunteer for that.
Cheers,
Eric

Subject: Documentation

Hiya,

I just created a space for a CXF user's guide:

http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CXF20DOC/Index

Here are the TODO items I have so far to get the Confluence site up as
our real site:

1. Create an appropriate auto export template - The confluence spaces
are exported to static HTML [1] because otherwise Confluence will fall
over under the load. However, the current export template is ugly and
it
doesn't include the navigation. So we need to create a template. This
can be set in the Administration page under the auto export plugin
settings.

2. Get the cwiki.apache.org/CXF as our main website. I need to figure
out the details of how others are doing this (Apache rewrite rule?)...

3. Get Javadocs online somewhere - Are we publishing
snapshots/javadocs
anywhere at all? Otherwise we can create a process to check in
javadocs
to SVN.

4. Modify the distribution to include the exported HTML user's guide.

5. Write documentation :-D

Any volunteers for any of these items?

Cheers,
- Dan
