Where is the MTOM implementation?

Hello,

I am going to be adding DIME support to CXF, after a discussion with  
Dan Diephouse. I was under the impression that MTOM support existed,  
but I'm browsing the source tree right now and I don't seem to be  
able to find it. Can someone direct me to the project / package which  
contains MTOM support?
