I think the reason this fails is because we had to change the CXF Dispatch implementation to throw an exception when null is sent as a parameter (per the JAX-WS spec). Which I think means this sample should be removed.

With the latest kit, the cxf-manifest.jar only include cxf-*.jar in its class path, user would still need to manually add *.jar under lib directory into their classpath.
