I'd like to commit a fix to
a) ensure that BusLifeCycleListener's initComplete methods are called
(this is currently not the case)
b) apply features to the bus only after bus construction is complete
(i.e. after the application context has been created). This avoids
duplication of code such as we have at the moment in
WSPolicyFeature.java lines 105ff and the corresponding definition of a
bean in cxf-extension-policy.xml.
but can hold off until after the release if you want to ...
