I tried to show how to upgrade spring. But perhaps this should be separated.
For example right now spring 2.5 is out. So it is quite probable that
people want to switch at some point in the near future.

Do we *have* to do this for some reason, or only if we want 2.0.6 over
2.0.4? For reasons of POM simplicity and maintenance, I wouldn't mind
relying on the CXF default, and waiting until it is explicitly upgraded.
Also, does anyone know if CXF 2.0.3 uses Spring 2.0.6 by now?
(Christian's sample pom[1] is on CXF 2.0.2.)
