This xsd is located in spring-beans.jar :
org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-2.0.xsd.
Spring configuration parser will use its own schema resolver to map this
namesapce to
file org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-2.0.xsd.
