I can't see it there, unless it is in one of the two xsd:includes (j2ee_1_4.xsd and j2ee_web_services_1_1.xsd) mentioned. Is that the case, if so, do you know where those two xsd's are? (I sent a comment recently to the JSR 181 comments list, asking them to update the doc with this information.)
