Glen, The problem is that there ISN'T a pom at central for neethi. The neethi folks are very bad about getting those added.
The only real options are: 1) Create a VERY basic pom (no dependencies) and submit it to the maven repo to have it added. You need to file a ticket at: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEV 2) Bug the neethi folks to get a 2.0.3 out that would have the proper pom included.
