I realized that I wasn't using the best FI API for the job., and 100 iterations wasn't enough. Here we go with 10,000.
Woodstox average us: 785.76 FastInfoset average us: 469.557 FastInfoset DOM average us: 300.441 These numbers bounce around when I rerun the program, but you get the idea. Around 50% or better for switching from Woodstox to FI.
