Fix the tool compile issue .

If SchemaCompiler parse and bind a schema contains "xsd:enumeration", it will
not invoke the ClassCollector to get assigned class name . Tool compiler will
miss these class infomation and fail to compile all the generated code . It
looks like a jaxb-ri issue .
