Hiya, Axis 1.4 does have MTOM now - although it may not be documented.
Either way not many people are doing MTOM with axis 1 or axis 2. If you
do swa attachment tests please test with Axis 1 - its really the most
widely deployed one out there and Axis 2 is completely different. Really
Axis 1 and .NET interop are our primary concern at this point...
