Service Model to store WSDL Extension Attributes

Not only extension elements but also extension attributes should be stored in
the service model. Example: the wsa:Action attribute (on wsdl11 Input/Output
elements) should be accessible via
MessageInfo.getExtensionAttribute(Action.class) .
WSDL Service model builder needs to be extended accordingly.
