[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-318?page=comments#action_12461304 ] Dan Diephouse commented on CXF-318: -----------------------------------
So you've duplicated all the samples for JMS and just changed the configuration so it works for QPid? I'm against adding this. This adds confusion for our users and maintenance for us. Many people will have different JMS provides anyway. The point of the JMS samples is just to show how to show to use the JMS code in CXF, not how to use every JMS implementation in existence. If people want to use QPid we should add some notes on how to change the configuration or an alternate configuration within the sample. Duplicating all the samples seems a bit silly for me. > Support for using Apache Qpid as a CXF transport. > ------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CXF-318 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-318 > Project: CXF > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: Transports > Reporter: Suresh Kodichath > Attachments: CXF_Qpid_support_JMS.patch > > > Hi, > This story is to add support for using Apache Qpid as a transport for CXF. > Apache Qpid provides a JMS interface as well as a Native interface.
