/testutils/src/main/resources/wsdl/jms_test.wsdl issues:
* R2716/R2726 WSI-BasicProfile ver. 1.0, namespace attribute not allowed in
doc/lit or rpc/lit for soapbind:fault: "BadRecordLitFault"
* R2716/R2726 WSI-BasicProfile ver. 1.0, namespace attribute not allowed in
doc/lit or rpc/lit for soapbind:fault: "NoSuchCodeLitFault"
* in message "NoSuchCodeLitFault", part "NoSuchCodeLit" must specify a
"element" attribute
* BadRecord not used in the wsdl, which i think should be chaged to
BadRecordLit and the part BadRecordLitFault should ref this element.
Tools should also throws exceptions/warnings for those errors.
