RefelectionServiceBuilderFactory does not support wsdl fault message and the
fault detail element not added into the schema
The following testcase must be fixed
JavaToProcessTest.testCalculator()
JavaToProcessTest.testSOAP12()
JaxwsServiceBuilderTest.testDocLit()
The generated wsdl files are not correct, it miss the fault element in schema,
and also the fault message part has no element attribute.
