* If cxf-*jbi*.jar exists in tomcat/shared/lib, the ant deploy/undeploy will
fail with the desctiption
"JBI API is not shipped with Apache CXF, so you should remove all jars start
with the cxf-integration-jbi from ${env.CATALINA_HOME}/shared/lib"
But it did not give the reason, we should revisit this. is the jbi still a
problem co-exist with cxf servlet?
