Add OOTB support for UsingAddressing assertion

The actual namespace does not matter here - all of the following assertion
types:
{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing/policy}UsingAddressing
{http://www.w3.org/2006/05/addressing/wsdl}UsingAddressing
{http://www.w3.org/2005/02/addressing/wsdl}UsingAddressing
should have the same effect of adding the addressing interceptors to the
inbound/outbound interceptor chains.
The actual addressing version used then defaults to the
http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing namespace, except in conjunction with RM
where it is http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing.
