No support for java2wsdl for Aegis

java2wsdl needs an option to indicate the use of Aegis binding. It has no way
of guessing that the user uses Aegis, and of course any Aegis files are
ignored. There are also some interesting differences in the treatment of
certain objects between Aegis and JAXB.
