Hi Eric,

CXF is really (or at least I consider it) a services framework. That is, its
focused on helping you build endpoints. Whereas synapse is more focused on
mediating messages between those endpoints.

Now some of the ActiveMQ/ServiceMix guys have been hacking this thing called
Camel which does routing and mediation. It differs from Synapse in that its
heavily focused on API usage (the some they've done there is really cool)
and on also supporting non-XML/SOAPish stuff as well. Check it out:

Hi ,

I am a newbie to CXF.
In what way is Apache CXF different ( or enhanced ) than Apache Synapse.
Can
it provide similar kind of message mediation as Synapse ?

Thanks.
