Solved the first problem adding:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>javax.xml.bind</groupId>
            <artifactId>jaxb-api</artifactId>
            <version>2.1</version>
        </dependency>

Now I obtain:
                java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException
