Hi Dan It made the trick, endpoints are registered all right now. The only problem is that they're registered twice, per every bus created not sure how it works, probably the runtime recognizes that a given endpoint has already been registered and ignores the second registration attempt.
Actually, I've just left a single endpoint there and I still see two buses created, with DestinationFactoryManager being created twice two, once per bus, created every time.
