Configuration, the non spring 2 way?

Is there a way to specify this config:

in a non spring 2.0 manner? I am most interested to express this part
(as the others are quite understandable):

              <sec:trustManagers>
                  <sec:keyStore type="JKS" password="password"
        
file="src/test/java/org/apache/cxf/systest/http/resources/Truststore.jks"/>
              </sec:trustManagers>
        
I have to parameterize file,password and type attributes. I tried to
use PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer but that did not have an effect on
the values of the attributes. Maybe anyone has a better idea? I would
like to try that out as well.
