The point being that since this is a users list (not a dev list) I thought I'd share my user experience in hopes that it could help the future of the project.
If all anyone hears about a project is how great it is and never hears why people choose not to use it, then it never progresses. I was never able to get CXF working properly simply because of the lack of simple docs and end-to-end examples.
