Can someone email me a copy of that scenario so I can look at it? FT that 
is! Also anyone remember a game called Tokyo Express (not AH), it had 
squares for movement and was two maps with alternative strengths for both 
sides so that you never knew if you were facing the whole fleet or just a 
small amount. The Victory conditions changed based on the strength of your 
side etc.

I would think a GM'd game that had variable forces would really cause some 
issues!

Gee, for what it's worth, I recently did a flattop game box with
improved graphics and hidden movement. It's over at Limey Yank games.
