[CBML] Playing Twilight Struggle in Cyberboard

Has anyone had any success in playing Twilight Struggle on Cyberboard?
 I can't seem to figure out how to work the cards.  I'm new to
Cyberboard and I've read the tutorial but I can't seem to figure out
this particular game.
