Most sites are different with regards to imposing allowances on d/load & upload speeds.
Yahell! refuse file uploads over a certain size, & automatically time out, reset, deny or whatever if a file isn't uploaded in around 3-4 minutes. It's one of their restrictions to stop the exchange of programs MP3's etc. Your dial-up connection speed is allowing you to upload at around 68kbps (if you are lucky) which is waaaay too slow an acceptance for Yahell! You may get away with uploading a BMP image if you are lucky. The other alternative (which has been done) is to get someone else with a Broadband connection to upload it for you.
