Andy,
I believe the gamebox referenced is from the First Edition Napoleon at Leipzig, which is a COA product.? Now whether the copyrights returned to Kevin when OSG published the 2nd edition, I don't know.? I have both editions and can tell you there are significant differences between the two. I'd missed the point that Napoleon at Leipzig was (once?) an OSG title. Whilst it is LYG policy not to post titles with scanned images unless permission has been granted, it is also policy to remove other gameboxes if the copyright holder objects (regardless of whether they have the right to 'insist'). In the case of Napoleon at Leipzig, our ability to host will depend on whether this is considered and OSG title or not. If it is then, unfortunately, we won't be able to host it as Kevin Zucker has clearly stated his opposition. My apologies Dave if we have to decline the opportunity to host - at least I've got a little time to explore the OSG/GMT issue before September. If anyone can confirm who has the rights that would be helpful. Failing that I can write to Kevin. We are still on talking terms even though we differ in our attitude to CB.
