[CBML] Strategy I map

Speaking of redrawn maps, I have redrawn the Strategy I (SPI) map and 
posted it at http://cryhavocgames.net/other_stuff.htm  It is in a 
different style from the original - textured in "realistic" terrain 
patterns.  Anyone wishing to incorporate it into a gamebox can be my 
guest.
