I think the designer and developer will promptly shut this down. Steven Cole is the developer and they have an online version (pay) for Star Fleet Battles:

However, I think no one has made a SFB gamebox as #1) they have strict antisoftware game aid regarding SFB and #2) it would be really impractical I think to play via email / cyberboard.
