Welcome to the new brave world of CB wargaming. One way to begin is to check the files section on the group at yahoo.com. There may be some links on Dale's website as well. There exists at least two sources of information I found useful when I started: a wiki on both how to use both CBPlay and CBDesign, as well as a pdf on more advanced techniques of designing gameboxes. It's more than a year now, so I don't remember where I found them, but you might find the latter by googling for +Cyberboard +"Strategy I".
