2 options that I can see;

1. Create owned game files, so that they can submit
moves and you respond by revealing (or releasing
ownership) of counters that have an invisible front.

2. Run two games generated from the same scenario.
They can run one, and your GM copy has all the hidden
objects. The benefit is there game moves also run on
the GM game file, so half the work is done. You will
then need to respond onto their game file with moves
by placing newly discovered items. This is the way I
play Flattop, which is very much a search and evade
game.

How many sides or players are there? Is it two teams
with common knowledge, or each person has an
individual view?
