Let me jump in here, as I run the server that hosts the download site.
First I'd like to ask when you tried this - we had a bit of severe
weather yesterday which caused my connectivity to be intermittent
for a while.
Next, assuming that the connectivity is not the problem, what browser are
you using? Have you cleared the cache?
I'd suggest that you clear your cache and try accessing the site again.
If you still have a problem, feel free to email me directly and we'll
troubleshoot this.
