Here's how I do it.

1.  Open the map up in CB Player.  Make sure that the focus is on the window 
containing the map you wish to convert to JPG.

2.  Press Ctrl-C to copy the map to the clipboard.

3.  Open your favorite image editing software (I use Paint Shop Pro) and press 
Ctrl-V to paste the clipboard contents as a new image.

4.  Save the image as a JPG file.
