Actually it is a fairly straightforward Igo-Ugo hex game.  With
initiative determined by a die roll.  (So it could be Igo-Ugo;
Ugo-Igo; etc.)

The simplicity lies in the plain hex map board, CBML designers should
have no problem with *THAT*.  The counters are double wide, take up
two hexes and only have 3 numbers.

CBML complexity may be in the log sheets where one must mark off hits.
 Other games have the same concept:  Close Action, Wooden Ships and
Iron Men, Battletech .... It could probably be solved with a database
attached to the move file.
