Vassal keeps CP's, Strategic Intelligence and Operational Intelligence secret as well as force and TF displays. I'd love to start up another multi-player game of PW.

It takes a lot of patience and emails to keep it going. It also helps if you have a third party to keep certain things such as command points secret from the other player giving more fog of war to everything. I am up for a vassal multi player of this also. Please add me to your list of players if anyone is interested in doing one! I've still got it sitting on a shelf back in my old house in New York, and only played it a few times way back when, but I'd be very joyous to be involved!
