If the file gets corrupted the best thing to do is just redownload it. 
Hopefully the original file is in good shape.

If you have a program that unzips files that program it will probably have a 
utility to check zipped files. Like WinRAR

Theres other ways of doing it but they can be diffault and time  consuming, 
just redownload the file. If the file is huge then get a unzip program that has 
30 days free and use it.
