Bah contact the administrator :-)
Quand t'es connect�, tu ping ta passerelle internet (ipconfig pour la
connaitre) et tu regarde les temps de r�ponse.
S'ils sont bien, tu ping ton serveur de DNS. Si tout est encore bien, tu
traceroute vers ton DNS.
Le mieux, tu "contact the administrator", ton FAI quoi :-)
