I use net2phone a paying service as well as MSN messenger.  I use it in 
the LAN but what I had to do is stop using a proxy server and this has 
improved quality tremendously.  For more details on this you can email 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  Net2phone is good for your clients who need to 
call outside US and has an inbuilt timer - but its not free.  However I 
also use MSN messenger which only allows me to call USA numbers and I 
still do the "dirty work"  of timing with a stop watch! AAAH!!!  I am 
looking for a slick device like Warren's, which site do you advice for 
shopping?
