it's a killer, and it get worse the longer you have an email
address....
what I
do is, have multiple email accounts, and I use them for various
activities..
one
for home,
one
for work,
one
for news groups,
one
for this , one for that.....
oh
yeah, one to over throw the govement, but I've not set that one up yet
;-).

If you can do something about spam on the list,
then can you get rid of this pillock who thinks i need to improve my sex
life?
To the list in general;
Unless you like recieving adverts, never,
never send to unsubscribe to spam mail. If you do, the recipient of your
so called unregistering sees your response as being a "live" e-mail
address. It is conclusive evidence to these people, that you really
exist and you can expect lots more spam.
This may be stating the obvious,
but..
