simple,
don't use hotmail , be brave enough to educate your users..
hot mail is overloaded..... use something smaller...and more secure...
you'll 'repeat' customers will thank you for it in the end.
if there one of tourist, then you can't help them, but you can give em
advise...

remember, sometimes in not wise to give them everything that they want.

i would like to share with the some alternative  in dealing  the hotmail
accounts; our client can't access the hotmail web site so i ask some help 
from their site. gotcha!!!!! i used their numeric URL (216.32.180.250)
our clients were so much glad to read their mail using this options..

do you experience this chaos have you ever try this soln??

we (cybercafe operators/managers) have to find some alternative to solve
the problem occur in internet to achieve our target--client satisfaction..
