I don't know about other countries but I'm beginning to wonder that if, at
least until the matter is resolved in the courts here in the US, if it is
even an issue at all for those of us 'downline'.

In our store, my computer is the only one with a CDRW, so everything MUST go
through me. Napster is a BIG issue here. I just don't allow it. I am not
interested in any legal problems it is not worth it to me. Since I am the
first and only cybercafe in our city, I feel I will be setting an example.
