I charge 10 per hour as long as people are eating or drinking. If they are
no eating or drinking then the fee is a flat $3.00 for unlimited use. We
currently have 12 computers and they are full from open to close (6:30am -
10:00pm) and we plan on having close to 40 computers by March-April.

The way we can afford to charge 10 per hour is due to a "banner bubble"
that we have created. The Banner Bubble is a little larger then a normal
486x60 banner and it floats on top of their screen. The user cannot turn it
off and it always resides on top. The Banner Bubble rotates banners every
20-seconds.

We've only been open for 6-weeks but we plan on selling banners to local
businesses for $75.00 per week. I think it will be easier to sell banners
for $75.00 to businesses then it is to create a repeat business at
$5-$15.00 per hour for internet access.

I'm interested in hearing what others are charging and what you think of my
idea.
